Un grupo de arquitectos y artistas lleva adelante intervenciones en lugares públicos a través de la técnica de mosaico veneciano. La idea es “embellecer” los espacios compartidos y difundir “este oficio tan maravilloso”. En Presidente Roca y el río revistieron el mobiliario y en una de las mesas se puede “leer sonido”
Las “venecitas” coparon algunos lugares de la ciudad. Aunque pequeñas y multiformes, son trocitos de puro color que a la mirada aportan vitalidad y algo de encantamiento. Un grupo de arquitectos y artistas cultivan la técnica del llamado mosaico veneciano y decidieron darle a Rosario algunas pinceladas de este “oficio maravilloso”, a modo de donación artística para los habitantes.
La idea de intervenir espacios públicos surgió en 2010, como parte del taller que las arquitectas Lis Molina y Vanesa Galdeano llevan adelante sobre Mosaico Veneciano. Desde entonces, lograron plasmar lo aprendido en dos lugares: en la Plaza Libertad de Mitre y Pasco y, recientemente, en el predio comprendido entre el Paseo de la Diversidad y el Parque de las Colectividades.
Los integrantes de ese particular proyecto explicaron los objetivos de sus intervenciones: “Por un lado buscamos la difusión de este oficio tan maravilloso, amamos lo que hacemos y elegimos, queremos llevar a la realidad nuestros sueños, como arquitectos-artistas”, señalaron.
“Entendemos la ciudad como espacio público de expresión”, continuaron y aseguraron que intentan con el arte del mosaico “recuperar espacios y embellecerlos”. Para llevar adelante sus obras, piden los permisos correspondientes a la Dirección General de Diseño de la Vía Pública y del Equipamiento Comunitario.
“En la última intervención que realizamos el 9 de julio, estábamos trabajando con el equipo del taller y hubo muchísima gente por el parque en un momento nos encontramos trabajando con la gente que pasaba, todos participaban de alguna forma.”, recordaron. En este sentido, observaron: “Nos parece fantástico porque chicos grandes, hombre y mujeres, pueden aprender una técnica que es muy sencilla, de colocación. Tiene su vuelta pero incluso para trabajos comunitarios funcionaría muy bien”.
Mesitas con luz y sonido
La última huella que dejaron en la ciudad de esta técnica de brillo y color está en Presidente Roca y el río. Allí, plasmaron sus venecitas en un mobiliario urbano previo armado de planchas en el taller. “Nuestra propuesta fue realizar el revestimiento de las tres mesas que ahí se encuentran y sus respectivos bancos”, precisaron.
En la primera mesa el diseño consistió en un cósmico entramado de senderos que unen y se relacionan. La segunda es “un fenómeno puramente óptico, sensación de movimiento en una superficie bidimensional, para interactuar con el espectador provocando una sensación de movimiento virtual mediante efectos de ilusión óptica”, indicaron.
Finalmente, la tercera mesa fue intervenida con un diseño basado en la “Numerofonía de Aschero”. Sergio Aschero es doctor en músicología, creador de varios lenguajes musicales que relacionan el arte con la ciencia. Basado en este nuevo lenguaje, se trata de un tablero para una mesa de juego.
Su lectura puede ser sucesiva (sonido a sonido) o simultánea (varios sonidos juntos). La forma de leerlo puede ser horizontal o vertical, de izquierda a derecha o de derecha a izquierda, de arriba hacia abajo o de abajohacia arriba. “La decisión corre por cuenta del o de los lectores”, advirtieron.

Los escucho todos los días desde Salta Capital y acompañan la mayoría de mis labores.
